The app is suited both for system administrators and service centres that may use it to receive and manage their service orders.The system offers these functions:- Service orders (commissions) management, warranty or post-warranty- Commission overview including serial numbers check, turn around time watch or customers demands in relation to product handling- Customer communication including text messaging- Ability to read and respond to commission ratings including claims- Logistics ordering in the direction from or to the customer including cross-border service and shipments tracking- Service centres, stores, products and customers management (in the administrator interface)- User account management- New commissions and updates push notifications including customer communication
